RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

When returning an item, please make sure the product is in unused and original condition. All stickers and labels must still be attached and original packaging kept. Returns are available for 14 days after collecting your parcel. After 14 days, you will no longer be able to return your product.

To do a return, please email us info@pleasantdreams.se to inform us and get a return shipping label.

Free domestic return shipping when changing size or keeping an item of your order. For full returns or returns within the EU, a cost of 70SEK/10€ will be deducted from your refund. Please do not use a different shipping solution than provided by us! If using a different shipping method, the cost will not be reimbursed by us and if parcel is lost, you will not be eligible of a refund.

Please make sure the return shipping label is properly attached to the parcel.

If the service point fails to do this, DHL will create a new label and charge an additional fee. In that case, the cost will be forwarded to the customer.

We will notify you within a week from receiving parcel if the return is accepted. Payment will be returned by the same payment method as used during checkout. Please allow 2-5 working days for payment to be transferred.

Please note shipping cost will not be reimbursed except for approved complaints/faulty products.

We are not responsible for parcels not being collected in time from service point and by that being returned to sender. The parcel will be treated as a return once received at our end, shipping cost will not be reimbursed.
